Immediate Start: Begin as soon as vetting is successfully completed.What You'll Be Doing: As a key member of the administrative team, you will undertake a variety of essential tasks to support the smooth operation of the court, including: Court Preparation: Prepare papers and files for court hearings, both manually and digitally. Clerking Duties: Assist with in-person and remote court hearings, ensuring proceedings run smoothly. Document Production: Draft and produce court documents such as letters and court orders. Data Management: Create and update records in the in-house computer system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. General Administration: Handle photocopying, filing, post opening, and dispatch tasks. Customer Interaction: Assist court users through counter (face-to-face), written, and telephone inquiries, providing prompt and professional service. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with the Judiciary, Magistracy, Cluster Managers, and other internal and external stakeholders. Fees and Payments: Collect fees, including using chip-and-pin systems.What We're Looking For: Accuracy and Attention to Detail: The role involves sensitive, process-driven work where precision is crucial. Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to deliver a helpful, prompt, and polite service. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Windows 10 and Office 365 is essential.
