What Will I Be Doing: As the Breakfast Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating an energising and memorable start to our guests’ day. You will lead the breakfast service, innovate menu offerings, and ensure operational excellence that reflects our commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Hospitality is at our core: Deliver warm, personalised service that creates a welcoming and uplifting start to every guest’s day. Engage with guests to ensure that their breakfast experience is delightful and memorable. We do the right thing: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene standards, ensuring ethical and sustainable practices in all breakfast operations. Champion initiatives that promote fresh, local sourcing and responsible waste management. We pursue excellence: Oversee the planning, preparation, and presentation of breakfast offerings with an uncompromising focus on quality and creativity. Continuously refine operational procedures to optimise service delivery, manage inventory efficiently, and control costs without compromising quality. Foster a culture of proactive problem-solving and creative thinking, empowering your team to continually improve the breakfast experience. What are we looking for? Proven experience in breakfast or restaurant management, preferably within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. In-depth knowledge of breakfast trends, culinary standards, and best practices in operations. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
