Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initial planning to project completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining safety and compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and cost estimates; track progress and make adjustments as needed. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. Coordinate and oversee site activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Monitor project performance, addressing issues that may arise and implementing solutions to keep the project on track. Manage project budgets and financial reports, ensuring effective cost control and timely payments to vendors and contractors. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quality control, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the project outcomes.
