We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join our client on a hybrid working basis at their offices in Edinburgh. Working within a busy team, the successful candidates will provide strong administrative and customer focused support to the team during a peak period of business. Duties will include: - Acting as a key point of contact for enquiries coming into the department, answering queries and processing applications appropriately - Handling enquiries coming into the team and liaising with customers to ensure deliveries are made within relevant timescales - Updating and maintaining internal databases - processing high volumes of applications and ensuring accuracy is correct/processes are followed - General administration duties as required The successful candidate will: - Have experience working within an office based role - Be confident working with high volumes of data entry/customer enquiries - Have great communication skills and be able to learn new processes/systems quickly. - Be confident working with all MS Office places Weekly pay Brightwork recruitment are operating as an employment business for this temporary vacancy
