Your Role: As a Lead Experience Strategist, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing transformative experiences powered by advanced AI strategies and system design. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop differentiated experience strategies that drive growth, loyalty, and brand equity for our Fortune 500 clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the strategic design and delivery of large-scale experience transformation engagements.
* Develop robust transformation strategies incorporating generative AI, automation, system design and emerging technologies to deliver transformative client outcomes.
* Collaborate with business, technology, and design teams to craft user-centered strategies and design compelling, data-driven experiences.
* Build and nurture client relationships; lead business development efforts including proposals and pitches.
* Design and facilitate strategic workshops, leveraging design thinking methodologies to drive evidence-based outcomes.
* Mentor and develop team members, fostering an inclusive and growth-oriented team environment.
* Create detailed business cases, value propositions, and ROI-driven strategic roadmaps that inform executive decision-making and secure investments.
* Stay current with industry trends, drive thought leadership, and continuously elevate our AI transformation practice.
* Develop reusable tools and frameworks to innovative experience transformation practice, and evolve our offering.
Your Experience:
* Significant experience in strategic consulting, experience design, digital transformation, or related fields, ideally experience managing teams.
* Proven track record in embedding AI in experience strategies, system design, and experience transformation projects.
* Strong knowledge of design thinking, customer journey mapping, and experience frameworks.
* Exceptional communication skills, adept at influencing stakeholders and executive leadership.
* Experience applying advanced technologies (AI, GenAI, Computer Vision) to strategic initiatives.
* Prior digital agency experience or an MBA.
