Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and welcoming customer service, often taking ownership of managing the store and handling challenging situations
* Develop and lead a team of Customer Team Members, fostering an inclusive culture and promoting open communication
* Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational at all times
* Manage stock accuracy and diligence checks to deliver a great shopping experience for customers
Working Pattern
Varied shifts over 7 days, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with regular overtime opportunities
