Help students with emotional and social development, building their confidence and independence. Track and report on students’ progress to aid in their development plans. Requirements for a SEN Teaching Assistants (TA) A genuine passion for working with children with SEN. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A patient, positive, and adaptable mindset. Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
