Third Line Support and Infrastructure Engineer
We are searching for an enthusiastic and client-focused Third Line Support and Infrastructure Engineer to join our Exeter office on a full-time basis. You will provide third line systems support in conjunction with the helpdesk, acting as a focal point for any escalation for more in-depth investigation.
This role will require you to monitor, prioritise and proactively deal with any support issues assigned to the systems team. Having strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach, you will offer technical support to our employees by being well organised and practical, with a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving.
You will be an active member of the IT security team, providing support during any IT security incidents and implementing the firm’s IT security policies. You will provide administrative support for document management, practice management, and case management suites.
You will be liaising with various departments and individuals throughout the firm, including the IT Helpdesk, Systems Team members, IT management, and technicians, in respect of recurring problems and the patterns they may represent.
Who you are
You may be in a similar role looking for a change and looking to utilise your server virtualisation knowledge within an already established team. With technical expertise alongside previous customer and client service skills, you can demonstrate an ability to respond to the needs of the business, acting professionally and ethically to protect the confidentiality of the Firm and its people. You will be able to establish a reputation for a high standard of work and turnaround times for customer-facing services.
As a strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for building effective working relationships across all levels. Having a flexible approach, you will utilise your project management skills, having the ability to handle multiple caseloads.
