Job Title: PPM Coordinator Summary of Role As our PPM Coodinator youwill be responsible for managing the generation and issuance of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work orders, supporting delivery, and managing asset status and condition in our database. You will be working closely with our Engineering teams to improve report quality, asset data, and completion times. Responsibilities of a PPM Coordinator: 1. Planning Service remedial works with direct labour or sub-contractor in line with customer SLAs 2. Ordering of parts, access equipment, plant & tools 3. Booking-In and issuing of RAMS and Permits, where required 4. Updating customers portals and planners, insuring completion within strict SLAs including jeopardy management 5. Raising & processing supplier & subcontractor purchase orders.
