As Senior HR Data Analyst at SGN you will play a critical role within the HR Shared Services (HRSS) team, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all HR service delivery across the entire employee lifecycle. Leveraging SGN’s HRIS and other related HR technology, this role provides timely insights and analysis to support decision making and drive continuous improvement. The individual will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting HR data across Hire to Retire to provide insights and support strategic decision making. How you’ll support us on our mission to keep people safe and warm… Gathering, cleansing and analysing HR data from various sources, including HRIS and talent management systems Developing deep knowledge of HR systems, processes, and integrations to become a subject matter expert Creating and maintain HR dashboards and reports, tracking KPIs and identifying trends Ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance across all systems and processes Liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective project management, meeting milestones and timelines Understanding and translating wider business requirements into efficient system processes Delivering training on HR systems and data to the wider business, responding to data requests and regulatory inquiries Conducting in-depth analysis to uncover workforce insights related to talent acquisition, engagement and other HR initiatives Identify and recommend process improvements, scoping future HR system requirements and securing leadership buy-in What you’ll need You have demonstratable experience of HR analytics, with a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR Shared Service Models You excel at data analysis and modelling, especially in Excel, translating complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences You possess deep knowledge of HR systems, processes, and industry trends, with the ability to translate technical information effectively You build strong partnerships across the business, effectively communicating insights and influencing stakeholders at all levels You have experience in building project plans, managing budgets and driving HR initiatives to successful completion We would prefer if you had relevant industry experience.
