Our Group Business Administrator will provide support, predominantly to the Chief Development Officer and Safety, Health and Environment Team. This will be achieved by implementing and improving administrative processes, reporting and coordination of training courses. It will also act as a shared service resource where required across the untypical group.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Personal Assistant support, predominantly to two members of the Leadership team
* Diary Management, Travel bookings and expense submissions
* Coordination of training courses in support of Safety, Health and Environment Team.
* Captue and data input of Waste Transfer Notes across all regions both internally and by the Supply chain
* Ensures all relevant licenses are kept up to date
* System administration and support across all regions for our SHE platform
* Administration support for all Group functions
* Collection and preparation of analytical data for Group reports or initiatives
* Gather and collate information for Shareholder reporting
* Manage aspects of Committee meetings
* Document management, record keeping and e-filing
* Provide ad hoc assistance across the Group
We’re looking for the following skills or experience:
* GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English grade C or above
* Proficient IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office packages and Outlook
* Experience of working in an administrative support role
* Strong organisation skills and close attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skill
