The Customer Side Leakage (CSL) Coordinator manages leakage incidents that have been identified as being either proven as customer responsibility or require further investigation.
These incidents can be technically complex and emotive for customers and as a result, they will require a high standard of customer service.
What you’ll be doing as a CSL Coordinator
* Focusing on supporting the customer to understand the different options available to them and their responsibility to reduce leakage.
* The team is key to ensuring that the customer is kept up to date throughout the journey by communicating with internal and external stakeholders, whilst utilising the specialist knowledge and skill to drive the journey forward to completion.
* Act as a cost recovery champion, by taking ownership of every customer journey and case-managing throughout their interaction with Thames until all work is completed.
* Raising invoices, handling invoice queries and offering the customer further guidance.
* Understand and utilise various system tools such as SalesForce, Navision and Smart Agent.
The base location will be Kemble Court, Reading, RG2 6AD.
Working hours are 36 a week, Monday to Friday.
What you should bring to the role
* Great attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
* Previous experience using system tools such as SalesForce, Navision and Smart Agent.
* Previous experience in an invoicing role.
* Be a team player and support co-workers.
* Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment to meet project timescales.
* Excellent internal and external stakeholder engagement.
