Location: Starting location for the position would be Weybridge, UK. As of November 2024, the location would be Central London due to office move. The position is hybrid.

Our Financial Management Trainee program offers a unique opportunity to unlock your full potential and develop yourself as a future leader in our treasury team. The European hub for our global Treasury team provides our businesses across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region with the critical support they need to run their business on a day-to-day basis and make important future decisions. In your role you will learn about funding and foreign exchange services that treasury provides and you will be responsible for trading structure reconciliations, financial analysis of treasury’s Profit & Loss and assisting different stakeholders at Cargill (this could include colleagues in treasury, corporate and tax reporting teams, other Cargill businesses and internal/ external auditors). Finally, you will also be financially supported in the pursuit of a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, CFA, and ACT.
As part of this traineeship, you will join our two-year Next Generation Graduate Program where you will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals from across EMEA, enriching each other while addressing business challenges. Together you will build first-class skills and a network that will benefit you throughout your career. As a participant in the program, you will:
