About the Company:
Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to take on a rewarding role with a clear progression path and excellent support.
About the Role - Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters.
* Provide high-quality legal advice and exceptional customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
* Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and completion statements.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal procedures.
* Manage cases efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of work.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
* Strong knowledge of property law and residential conveyancing processes.
* Experience in managing a busy caseload independently.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
