This is achieved by providing customers with the products, and services outlined under respective contracts or terms of engagement to establish. Additionally they maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and sales target objectives across a broad market portfolio. Service: Carry out customer facing Commercial and Contract activity in MedGas Direct sales into Proximity and NHS customer base. Contract performance management – to include review meetings with NHS stakeholders Customer Complaint management and resolution. Annual cylinder audits and Lost Cylinder charge recovery Developing and delivering training to NHS clinical and technical staff Construct and outline activity & time management planner in line with meetings and tasks required within each contract and to achieve objectives in the business plan Conduct regular contract performance review meetings with customers and ensure full compliance with the terms of their respective contracts Maintain and develop Salesforce CRM database. Record minutes of customer meetings with agreed actions Prepare and submit change requests and reporting as required Establish NHS User groups within NHS secondary care hospitals to develop, promote and transfer best practice Sales: Working closely with Sales Manager, other Sales Executives and Admin team to convert leads into sales. Identifying opportunities for new products and service to meet customer needs and business commercial objectives Medical gas products MedLOX bulk supply and installation. Special Gases, Industrial Gases Handling & Storage Equipment, Gas Control Equipment New products and services as required OptimAL Training Services Customer Health & Safety: Delivery of Training programmes Safe Storage, Handling & Use Of Medical Gases Risk Assessment programme Providing guidance/advice for managing risks associated with the delivery, handling, storage and use of any products and services People: Ensure Air Liquide Ltd management teams are kept informed and key projects are implemented in response to MedGas Business needs as defined from time to time. Regular interaction with MedGas personnel to ensure effective communication of Commercial activity impacting on customer service. Liaising with Site personnel at MedGas sites and depots and AL UK Ltd. to ensure high levels of customer service. Act as Company Ambassador in all external activities. Compliance: Close liaison with company H&S, Quality and Regulatory personnel to ensure compliance of systems and practices of Safety, Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice. Ensure effective systems are followed for alerting any H&S, Quality & Regulatory deviations, to relevant personnel. ___________________ Are you a MATCH?
