Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Providing top-quality IT support to colleagues across our dealerships and head offices.
* Building strong, positive relationships with team members, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Managing tickets effectively, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved in line with service level agreements.
* Assisting with major incidents and effectively communicating with VIPs, suppliers, and users.
* Updating and maintaining Windows devices and mobile device configurations.
* Troubleshooting common issues within the Windows Desktop environment and managing advanced configurations.
* Ensuring compliance with IT security protocols and supporting mail security systems.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge guides and documentation to help promote self-help across the business.
* Participating in the on-call rota, where you’ll be expected to diagnose and resolve issues outside of office hours, while keeping all stakeholders informed.
* Working closely with the IT department to resolve security events and major incidents.
* Ensuring end-user hardware is well-maintained and supported.
