Award winning and Legal 500 practice with an outstanding reputation have a new opening for a Corporate Solicitor.
My client are seeking a driven Solicitor with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience to join their corporate team in their Bournemouth office. This role offers a unique chance to engage with high calibre work right from the outset and presents excellent prospects for career growth within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
You can expect to work across the full spectrum of corporate law, providing advice to clients at the local, regional, and national levels. With a diverse client base, clients will include well-known brands, emerging businesses, and established organisations. This role offers direct involvement in diverse corporate matters, from mergers and acquisitions to restructuring, with the potential to develop a strong client portfolio over time.
The successful candidate will have relevant corporate law experience, ideally gained in a reputable regional firm or at a city firm and be ready for a new challenge on the South Coast.
