The Content Writer will build on and execute content marketing plans to support the EMEA issuer services business growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality content for future and current clients and strengthening the Computershare brand. A role you will love The role holder will be responsible for developing persona-based content plans and creating content that can be leveraged across market segments, campaigns, and programs. This role will partner with regional issuer services leadership, relationship managers, business development, sales, product, group marketing, and other key stakeholders to manage content from inception to final publication across multiple marketing communication channels. The role holder will be responsible for developing content, including writing content for all formats and mediums, with an emphasis on writing content and maximizing the impact of SEO for our website properties. The successful candidate will be results-focused using qualitative and quantitative insights to optimize performance. Some of your key responsibilities will include: • Develop and deliver content plans for target market segments, product, service and solution launches and other marketing programs that support the issuer services growth objectives across EMEA. • Create new copy and provide editorial support for contributed material ensuring appropriate message, length, style, and tone. Leverage content that can be multi-purposed across various media. • Serve as copywriter for collateral pieces (fact sheets, brochures, white papers, blogs, case studies, etc.) • Collaborate with marketing program owners, content strategists and/or demand managers to integrate and repurpose content marketing and campaign content where appropriate and within brand voice guidelines. • Use audience insights, personas, keyword research, messaging themes, campaign plans, competitive information, and content performance analytics to build a content editorial calendar and create relevant content. • Partner with other marketing colleagues to leverage tools, content (Group overview, stats, ESG, Health and safety, etc.) and best practices. • Leverage insights to develop content for impactful and engaging web experience. • Create a steady stream of primary and derivative asset types that can be leveraged across various channels and use cases. • Engage and collaborate with cross-functional participants as needed to support content ideation, copy creation, activation, and measurement requirements. • Partner with the Web & Digital team to execute keyword research and define a keyword universe that aligns with audience needs, business priorities, and inbound traffic goals, to optimize for search engine identification (SEO). • Contribute to SEO and search engine marketing initiatives with keyword optimization, content tagging, and metadata management. • Collect, analyze and report on content marketing success via standard content marketing related KPIs, using Web analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, social media management tools, content marketing software and business intelligence platforms to inform and optimize ongoing content marketing efforts. What will you bring to the role? You are a Content Writer with over 4-6 years of experience across roles involving content creation ideally in the financial services industry. Your ideas and passion for content will be pivotal to engaging audiences and crafting compelling narratives. You understand how algorithms work, SEO, how to analyze performance metrics, etc. You will bring dedication to the role and will be hands-on, and collaborative whilst having a flexible approach to oversee and execute multiple projects simultaneously with aggressive deadlines.
