What is the ROLE of a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
* Client generation done through cold calling
* Meeting with clients to fully understand their hiring requirements and full offering
* Candidate sourcing through headhunting on LinkedIn
* Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for roles with your clients
* Managing the end-to-end interview process and handling any reservations
* Negotiating the best contract for your candidates
* Closing deals and making commission, whilst exceeding targets!
Who is the IDEAL CANDIDATE for a TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?
* Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
* Experience working alongside university in either a part-time role, or internships/placement year
* Confident with the ability to articulate yourself when conversing with high-level individuals
* Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Financial and career motivation with the desire to be successful
