We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Account Director to join our amazing team in Leeds. You will work closely with the Board Directors and Business Directors on strategy and developing a dynamic team. This role is diverse and provides the opportunity to work across a whole spectrum of Online Media channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Programmatic, and Podcasts.
As an integrated agency, you will have great opportunities to collaborate across different departments, including Offline, ARMLabs, and SEO, to give our clients an unfair competitive advantage!
The role is fast-paced and varied, so it will suit candidates skilled in analytics who are commercially savvy and effective managers focused on business outcomes.
How you’ll make an impact:
There will be huge levels of accountability within this role - you will be an entrepreneur at All Response Media and a business partner to clients. You will deliver excellent day-to-day client service to your client portfolio, as well as engage in strategic planning and problem-solving.
You should be a strong relationship builder with agency experience, owning key client relationships and leading your team with the support of the Account Manager. This is a great opportunity to make your mark within an expanding agency where you are given the freedom to take ownership and make the role your own.
Requirements:
* 4+ years’ experience in a similar role working with Digital media channels – Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Programmatic.
* Confident planning and buying across several media platforms – LinkedIn, Facebook, Google.
* Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts.
* Sound experience working at a strategic level and making recommendations.
* Team management to deliver effective media campaigns across integrated channels.
* Developing and mentoring to ensure exceptional client delivery.
* Establishing and managing long-term client strategies.
* Taking an active role in new business generation.
* A confident communicator; written and verbal, capable of leading client meetings and presentations.
Responsibilities:
* Leading client meetings and relationships.
* Managing clients’ business to ensure optimum spend.
* Instrumental in strategic team thinking and quality of work.
* Instigating planning and client-related business initiatives.
* Assessing client satisfaction and profitability.
* Ensuring regular client strategy and status meetings are implemented.
* Key media owner negotiation and ensuring buying standards are maintained.
* Providing the Board with insight on day-to-day client/team/media owner issues.
* Identifying new media opportunities and investigating the potential feasibility for ARM clients.
* Increasing media ‘knowledge’ in the agency and leading training programmes where required.
* Key to recruiting and retaining top talent.
