As a Business Support Manager, you will be supporting the Group CRO, CCO, and Group Risk leadership with the effective running of the department. This includes management meetings and actions, reporting, strategic objectives, budgetary control, and oversight. You will also be involved in organizing Group Risk team events and training, and supporting the Group CRO and CCO in meeting their governance and regulatory responsibilities.
Overall, you will be providing administrative and management support to the Group Risk department.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the Group CRO and CCO diaries and other Group Risk Leadership Team diaries as needed.
* Manage the agenda and actions for the Group Risk leadership team meeting, including provision of support to the Group CRO, CCO, and leadership team.
* Support the Group Risk Leadership team in managing Group Risk change activity, including project oversight and delivery, action tracking, and resolution.
* Track and monitor all governance meeting actions for the Group CRO and CCO and Group Risk Leadership team, liaising with the Company Secretary for updates and changes when required.
* In charge of budgetary control for Group Risk, raising and managing purchase orders, and reporting budget status to the Group Risk Leadership Team and Group Finance.
* Maintain the Group Risk Department key regulatory documents.
* Provide general administration support for the Group Risk Department.
* Manage the social aspects of the department through event planning, team huddles, and communication to colleagues.
Qualifications
Essential:
* Extensive administration experience; highly organized.
* Positive stakeholder engagement and management at all levels.
* Extensive experience of MS Office tools.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to engage and communicate with a wide variety of colleagues at different levels.
