My client is seeking experienced Site Supervisors for multiple projects across the UK. Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time while adhering to quality and safety regulations.
* Foster a collaborative working environment with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
* Implement Zero Harm initiatives and drive continuous improvement in SHEQ standards.
* Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to ensure a safe working environment.
* Monitor progress, address any site issues, and report to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, risk assessments, and method statements.

About You:

1. Proven supervisory experience in Power Transmission & Distribution.
2. Experience working on Overhead Line, Cabling, or Substation schemes up to 400kV.
3. Strong leadership and people management skills.
