We are looking for a Buyers Admin Assistant to provide support to the team to ensure critical path deadlines are met. Being able to work in a fast-paced work environment is essential for this role.
Day-to-day tasks will involve:
* Requesting and chasing samples to ensure they arrive in the business ahead of critical path dates.
* Be the first point of contact for marketing and the loop for any sample queries and product information, ensuring all samples are available for briefing.
* Creating mood boards by category to assist in range building.
* Maintaining the selection spreadsheet and completing quotations costings.
We would like our new recruit to have a good knowledge of how to use Excel spreadsheets, and administrative skills are desirable, as well as someone who has an interest in developing a career in buying. We are looking for an integral member of our team to share ideas and actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and review meetings to gain good feedback.
Hybrid working is available after the probation period has been passed.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Demonstrated administrative experience
* Strong computer skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills
