We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join this busy vibrant team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills who have B2B experience or who are looking to expand in this area.
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor
Process orders from dealers, key accounts, and direct customers
Provide customers with quotes, manage orders through to delivery, and communicate stock updates, dispatch details, and delivery schedules
Handle invoice queries, coordinate returns, and ensure a smooth order fulfilment process
Manage specific customer accounts, working closely with the sales team to maintain strong relationships and provide excellent service
Take ownership of daily tasks, ensuring efficient and effective completionWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience in customer service and administration
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is beneficial but not essential

Starting salary: £26,427 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM)
Hybrid Working Model (2 days working from home)
