Who we are:
Noli is the future of Beauty Tech! Backed by L'Oréal, we launched in 2024 with a BIG mission: to solve the ultimate beauty dilemma — helping users find the perfect products for their unique needs. Based in the heart of London (Holborn), we’re a dynamic, fast-growing startup reshaping the online beauty experience. At Noli, we embrace a vibrant culture where ambition, curiosity, and innovation are at the core of everything we do. Our mission is bold, our team is fearless, and we’re just getting started.
What you’ll be doing:
As the S&OP Lead at Noli, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring we scale our operations efficiently to meet the ambitious growth targets of the next 18 months. You will be a key player in preparing our processes and systems to handle the 20x growth we expect, while maintaining our high standards for stock availability, demand planning, and supplier relationships. Your role will ensure that we meet market demand without excess inventory or shortages. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to keep everything running smoothly.
This is the perfect role for someone with supply chain expertise and a strategic mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll get the opportunity to shape processes from the ground up as we move towards larger-scale operations.
At Noli, we prioritise skills, experience, and a drive to succeed over traditional seniority markers. If you're a self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset, always striving to improve results and build something exceptional, this is the opportunity for you.
Joining Noli at this exciting early stage requires a hands-on, adaptable, and results-driven individual. Your values, character, and passion for the beauty-tech revolution are just as important as your skills and experience. We’re building something extraordinary, and we want you to be part of it.

* Manage the S&OP process: Lead and optimise the end-to-end sales and operations planning process, ensuring cross-functional alignment on demand, forecasts, and inventory management.

* Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing lead times.
* Collaborate across departments: Work with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient demand-supply alignment.
