Ward 10B, Lister are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Nurse Team Leader. Ward 10B is a 30 bedded unit providing care to all patients.

Main duties of the job
You will work as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team and must demonstrate expertise and leadership in the delivery of care to their patients.
The post holder will have an ability work collaboratively ensuring the delivery of high quality and safe patient centred care is adhered to at all times. Supporting continued education, training and staff development is paramount.
You will be responsible for staff acquiring and maintaining professional standards and competencies, challenging, and empowering others to challenge poor practice, and acting in such a way as to promote a positive image of the Trust at all times. As such, you may need to represent the sister/Charge Nurse with key stakeholders to promote this.

Qualifications/Training
* RGN/RN Adult Branch
* Diploma or degree in nursing/healthcare related subject
Skills
* Flexibility
