Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and support on employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Manage a diverse and fast-paced workload, prioritisingeffectively to meet deadlines. Deliver guidance on HR matters, including absence management, performance, and disciplinary processes. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with organisationalgoals. Essential Requirements: CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience. Significant experience managing employee relations cases. Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
