The full time role (Monday to Thursday) focusing on digiLab's exciting flagship product twinLab. This is an on-site role based in Exeter, Devon. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Backlog Management: Prioritise and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with both business goals and the product roadmap.
2. User Story Development: Define clear, concise, and actionable user stories, ensuring they bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the product backlog is aligned with the overarching business strategy.
4. Product Analytics: Track product performance, gather insights, and use data to inform product development decisions and future improvements.
5. Ongoing Product Support: Assess the priority of bug fixes and feature requests, ensuring swift resolution and continuous product improvement.
6. Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting a collaborative and nurturing environment.
7. Foster Team Cohesion: Cultivate a positive, communicative, and supportive team atmosphere to encourage collaboration and shared success.
Key qualifications for this role are:
1. Education: A relevant degree.
2. Experience: Industry experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
3. Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative approach to challenges.
4. Interest in AI & Technology: Passionate about the latest advancements in AI, software development, and technology.
Team and communication:
1. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
2. Ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing circumstances with flexibility and creativity.
3. Experience working in fast-paced environments, fostering a collaborative team dynamic.
In addition to the above, a couple of 'nice to haves' are:
1. STEM Degree: A background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics is advantageous.
2. Data analysis: Proficiency in using analytics tools or similar to gather insights and drive decisions.
3. Python code: An ability to read, write, run, and understand basic Python scripts would be a plus.
4. Help with product support: Assist in addressing product-related queries and issues, providing support to ensure a seamless user experience.
