Property Management Manager Location: Ealing Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: £32,500 - £43,000 basic (OTE up to £55k) company car We are seeking a dynamic Property Management Manager to lead our vibrant team in Ealing. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Manage a team of property managers overseeing a portfolio in Ealing, Hayes, and Shepperton. Lead daily meetings to ensure team alignment and focus on objectives. Coach team members to achieve customer satisfaction indices. Monitor and assess performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a risk-averse environment. Conduct property inspections and negotiate tenancy extensions or renewals. Coordinate with contractors for maintenance or repair issues. Handle deposit returns, rental arrears, and eviction processes. Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Manage complaints and complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management within residential lettings. Proven ability to foster a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and career advancement. Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strong client relationships. In-depth knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
