Your New Role
As a B2B Content Marketing Manager | Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping how brands connect with their audiences. You will lead the development of strategic marketing responses, turning business objectives, market intelligence, and customer insights into powerful content and campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the full planning process, from research and ideation to creative execution.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* 4+ years in B2B marketing, content strategy, or demand generation
* Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Broad knowledge of B2B marketing channels; social, email, paid search, display
* Ability to analyse and synthesise research quickly into meaningful insights
* Adept at aligning messaging with brand positioning and audience needs
* Comfortable leading client-facing workshops, calls, and brainstorming sessions
* Experience planning multi-channel campaigns and content, leveraging various platforms to engage target audiences
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and client-ready materials
* Confident presenting strategies and creative ideas to clients
* A team player who can work across Strategy, Creative, and Performance Marketing
* Organised, detail-oriented, and highly resourceful
What You’ll Get in Return
* Salary: £46,000 to £54,000 (depending on experience and agreed working hours/week)
