Pharmacy Technician - Springfield Hospital
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Springfield Hospital. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment.
* Support the Pharmacy Manager in providing pharmacy services, including ordering and stock control of medication.
* Provide advice to patients and clinical staff on pharmaceutical products within the limits of your role.
* Ensure that Inpatient Prescription Record Charts are checked regularly to ensure treatment is appropriate, both clinically and financially.
The successful candidate will have:
* NVQ3, BTEC in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent qualification.
* Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* At least 4 GCSEs (A-C), including English, maths and science or equivalent qualifications.
