About the role
Your Role
As our Quality Improvement Manager, you will report directly to the Quality Director and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional standards across our services. You’ll:
1. Develop and implement effective quality improvement strategies.
2. Mentor and inspire operational teams to achieve excellence.
3. Drive compliance and champion best practices across all services.
4. Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
5. Develop and manage improvement plans for services needing additional support.
6. Step in as a temporary Locality or Registered Manager when necessary.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in health and social care. You’ll have:
1. NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management (or equivalent).
2. Extensive experience managing CQC-registered services and ensuring regulatory compliance.
3. A deep understanding of supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
4. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Exceptional leadership and change management abilities.
