An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our partnership as Human Resources Administrator. The HR Administrator post is one that will work as part of our HR operations team supporting the HR Officer with payroll and recruitment. The HR Administrator will provide excellent customer service to our schools and school leaders and will ensure that key HR processes are completed in a timely manner. Our HR team prides itself on supporting the organisation in delivering high quality education to the children who learn and attend our schools, our HR team strives to provide 1st class services to support this.
Responsibilities:
1. All aspects of HR administration as required to support the daily running of the HR department and people services;
2. Support the HR Officer with the payroll input and associated tasks on a monthly basis;
3. Support with recruitment of posts and making improvements to recruitment as required.

The ideal candidate will:
1. Be a highly organised individual, who can be flexible and respond to organisational need;
2. Be an excellent written and verbal communicator;
3. Be able to work with different HR systems and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
