Job Description
The Senior Manager - Transformation will lead and manage transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is critical in driving strategic change, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the successful implementation of transformation projects.
Accountabilities
Working in partnership with the business to:
1. Lead and manage transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Develop and implement transformation strategies and plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change initiatives.
4. Monitor and report on the progress of transformation projects, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
6. Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication throughout the transformation process.
7. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring high performance and successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in transformation management, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects within the airline industry.
3. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
5. Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
6. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
8. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
9. Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
