Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for substantive band 6 in Theatres 20/21/22/33(Trauma surgery, Elective and Emergency Spinal and Cranial Surgery) for those who wish to enhance their career and join our team. The post holder requires a minimum of 2 years' experience at Band 5 and will need to have demonstrated leadership qualities. Relevant Mentorship / Teaching skills are essential to the role. The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate theatre lists either from a scrub or anaesthetic skill base, Manage Trauma, Neurosurgery and Spinal Theatres during a 24 hour ,7 day period, support deputies and Band 7's. You will be expected to lead a team in theatre and at times the department. We encourage and support the development dual and triple role practitioners .You will gain a wide range of experience and can expand your skills and knowledge in this challenging environment.
