This rolewould suit someone seeking to work 3 days per week and is pivotalin shaping and executing our regional marketing strategy inalignment with our nationalvision.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Deliverregional responses to the national marketingstrategy.
* Alignand collaborate with the national marketingteam.
* Partnerwith the Business Development lead to plan and execute regionalmarketing campaigns andpriorities.
* Supportthe regional business development team by providing regional dataand insights collaborating with the national lead to utilise localdata.
* Manageregional external events and opportunities such as speakerengagements roundtables showcase events site tours sponsorships andassociatedmaterials.
* Championthe use of D365 to activate and track local marketingactivities.
* Overseethe regional annual awards schedule coordinating with customers andpartners.
* Handleexternal PR including photography and social media for regionalconstructionprojects.
* Promotethe business regionally by showcasing achievements award winscharitable donationsetc.
* Liaisewith the wider business for cohesivecommunication.
* Createcontent including press releases website case studies blogs andsocial mediaposts.
* Developnew business collateral as needed including exhibition materialsbranded items andstands.
* Collaboratewith the Willmott Dixon communications team to ensure messageconsistency andefficiency.
* Managethe regional marketingbudget.
* Enhancecustomer relationships by demonstrating added value to the regionalmarketplace.
Requirements
Essentialand DesirableCriteria
* Provenexperience in a senior marketing and communications role preferablyin the construction or relatedindustry.
* Strongunderstanding of regional marketing strategies and the ability toalign with nationalobjectives.
* Aselfstarter with the ability to engage at different levels of thebusiness
* Excellentproject management skills with the ability to handle multiple taskssimultaneously.
* Proficiencyin D365 or similar CRMsystems.
* Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonalskills.
* Creativecontent creation skills including writing and visualcontent.
* Experiencein managing budgets and externalevents.
* Abilityto work collaboratively with various teams andstakeholders.
