Description Your Role As a Customer Service you will d evelop the business of the assigned client portfolio of the UK market, specialized channel, through the achievement of telephone direct sales objectives. You’ll be responsible for ensuring an excellent relationship with the client by resolving any incident and offering the highest quality service, guaranteeing the satisfaction of Affinity's clients. What you will do ● Comprehensive management of assigned clients and potential clients ● Active telephone sales, according to established commercial objectives ● Introduction of new brands and new products launched on the market ● Offer of commercial campaigns and promotions ● Customer advice according to their business needs ● Order management ● Order entry into the system and follow-up ● Communicate shortages (product unavailability) and delays/incidents in delivery ● Customer service, resolution of incidents or requests (payments, outstanding invoices) ● Registration in the system ● Monitoring and communication status and resolution ● Communication and collaboration with Back office Customer Service, Commercial Team, Sales Development, Supply Chain and Logistics Operator ● Continuous training on products, promotions, launches, business and competition What we are looking for ● Training: Diploma or Degree ● Minimum experience of 2 years in Telephone Sales with a high customer orientation or Telephone Service ● Experience in administrative tasks (order management, incidents, invoices, collections…) ● Knowledge of: Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft office (excel), Google tools (Gmail, Drive) is highly valued. ● Sales and communication skills ● Internal and external customer oriented ● Problem solving ● Teamwork ● Dynamic and multitasking ● Organizational skills ● Analytical skills and attention to detail What we offer ● Hybrid working model ● Flexible working hours ● Ticket Restaurants ● Fully equipped Gym ● Breakfast and fresh fruit ● Affinity University platform: Professional development opportunities for employees at different stages of their careers, acknowledging diverse career paths. ● Pet-friendly office ● Celebrations & Fun We cultivate an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity.
