We are a small company with our office based in based in Bristol, however, we support individuals living within North Somerset. Some people who we support live in their own homes, others with parents/carers or in residential care. We encourage people to become more independent by working alongside them to develop a wide range of skills; to access the community, peruse social and leisure activities, daily living skills, increased social networks, and to find employment opportunities. Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment, the disclosure expense will be met by the employer.
