Douglas Grove Surgery is currently looking to recruit a receptionist to join our team, initially on a temporary contract to cover staff leave. This will be for approximately 4 months, but we will consider a permanent role for the right candidate upon completion of the temporary contract.
The role is offered on a part-time basis for 20 hours per week, including various 5-hour shifts between 8.30am-6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
In this essential front-line role at the practice, receptionists help patients access the right services, assist with keeping health records accurate and up-to-date, and ensure that appointment bookings are well-managed.
