Description
QAD is the manufacturing system used by Lush, to record all aspects of production and accounting. We are now looking for a Junior QAD Systems Administrator – specialising in product setup to support our busy systems team. You will receive full in-house training on the application, and you will have full support from our system experts who have been using the program for 10 + years. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to become part of our Systems team, which supports the core of Lush Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role will be supporting the setup of new products in QAD. You will have to link in with R&D and the rooms to ensure products are set up accurately and in a timely manner.
Over time you are likely to support the rest of the team with other responsibilities including acting as a liaison with QAD, helping with any queries from the Production rooms and keeping the QAD system up to date with regular maintenance of system information.
Our ideal candidate will -
⦁ Be highly computer literate with a good working knowledge of Excel and Google sheets.
⦁ Good knowledge of Lush Products
⦁ Familiarity with QAD/MFG would be an advantage
⦁ Excellent communication skills
⦁ Good English – written and spoken
⦁ Problem solving capabilities
⦁ Attention to detail
⦁ Be confident to work with many different teams of people throughout the business
⦁ Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
