Join them and become a part of something meaningful Key Responsibilities: As a Medical Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's healthcare services. Your duties will include: Ensure the delivery of top-notch customer service and provide executive-level support to the Medical Director. Serve as the primary contact for all communications. Coordinate intricate diary schedules for both clinical and personal commitments, including international travel. Schedule and manage appointments for the Medical Director's patients, including those overseas. Take minutes for scheduled and impromptu meetings as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the Medical Director, ensuring the effective management of confidential and critical business information. Utilise IT systems efficiently to maintain a patient database, schedule appointments, and regularly review patient data.
