Job Description Were looking for a skilled Panel Wirer to join one of prestigious clients based near Keele In this exciting role, you'll be wiring motor control panels and assisting with their assembly and construction, following detailed schematic layout diagrams. Dont worry if youre new to the specific process full training will be provided As a key part of the Controls Department, youll work with high-quality standards. Ideally, you'll have experience with wiring techniques, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to read schematic drawings. This Full-Time, Permanent position with fantastic career progression opportunities What youll be doing Assemble and wire control panels to given diagrams and parts lists Follow parts lists and progress sheets, maintaining accurate logs to track job completion Collaborating with other departments to resolve design or manufacturing issues Maintaining accurate time sheets to track hours spent on each task Helping to improve and maintain company procedures where possible Adhere to the company's Health and Safety policy Hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible) Pay £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) Skills/Experience Required Essential: A valid UK driving licence Previous experience in a similar role Strong understanding of control system functionality and components Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams Proficient in cable and loom assembly Experience with cable forming and component recognition Competence in assembling control panel back plates Ability to work well within a team Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines Desirable Electrical engineering qualifications Benefits Company pension (after 3 years company fund employee contribution) Option to work hours over 4 days Performance bonuses Private healthcare Critical illness cover Death in wish service Training provided Growing business with opportunities for progression Free on-site parking Day shifts No weekends Flexible working Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
