The post of Business Change Lead Analyst is a key role within the Clinical Systems Development Team, created in recognition of the importance of building internal specialist expertise and capacity in clinical IT system development and implementation to facilitate and influence the successful delivery of the Trust's IT Strategy and support digital transformation.

Job responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role are to lead and facilitate the scoping, analysis, development, and delivery of the business change activities required for the successful deployment of Clinical Systems Development Projects for Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust. Key project management responsibilities of this role include understanding the Trust's readiness for the changes required to implement clinical IT projects and ensuring that the benefits of each project are appropriately managed, delivered, and monitored.
The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to analyse, interpret, compare, and present options for change and process redesign, and the facilitation of collaborative working and informed decision-making with staff at all levels.
As a member of Clinical Systems Development, this role requires cohesive, effective, and proactive working with the Clinical Systems Development Testing and Training Team and Clinical Systems Support Team to ensure change elements of the Trust's IT projects are closely managed throughout the initiation, development, testing, and implementation stages and supported throughout handover to business as usual support.

Education and Training
Essential
* Educated to Degree level, or must have acquired relevant and equivalent level experience.
* Change or Project Management Qualification e.g. Prince2.
* Evidence of CPD.
Knowledge and Skills
Essential
* Skilful in producing clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation with expertise in track changes and version control.
* Proficient in creating visual representations of business processes using diagramming tools akin to Microsoft Visio.
* Expert in analysing existing workflows to identify and address inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
Experience
Essential
* Proven experience in utilising relevant change management concepts and methodologies to analyse, interpret, compare and present options for change and process redesign.
* Experience of planning multiple, often competing agendas, meeting challenging deadlines and delivering objectives under pressure.
* Experience of undertaking complex audits and surveys relevant to process redesign projects.
Desirable
* Previous experience relating specifically to technology-enabled care projects.
* Substantial health service experience, working with clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels.
