Position Overview: Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant Sector: Care Industry Recruitment Salary: Base salary up to £30,500 (depending on experience). Conducting face-to-face interviews with candidates to align their job preferences. Building relationships with care home managers and owners to tailor recruitment to their specific needs. Delivering high-quality recruitment services in line with the company's values. Meeting realistic sales targets aligned with your experience. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 1-hour lunch breaks.
