Marketing Associate – Brand & Events

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where you’ll manage multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure Aviva’s brand is positioned effectively with UK broker intermediaries.
A bit about the job:
This role sits within the Broker Marketing team and focuses on delivering marketing and communication strategies to enhance Aviva’s presence in the broker market. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end management of events, sponsorships, and branding initiatives, ensuring maximum impact.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing flagship events and supporting smaller broker-led engagements.
* Acting as an Aviva brand guardian and ensuring consistent brand representation.
* Developing engaging content for brokers and trade press.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and industry partners.
* Tracking and analysing marketing effectiveness to optimise future activity.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in marketing, branding, sponsorships, and events, ideally in a B2B setting.
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Experience working with commercial marketing channels and social media.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

* Salary – Circa £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
