Our client has been operating within the consumer electronics industry for 30 years, based in Marston Green Birmingham. Their client base consists of large blue-chip companies such as John Lewis, Domestic & General, Richer Sounds to name a few. What we need from you as a Customer Service Advisor: It is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment call centre or busy office environment You must have good all round IT skills, familiarity with in-house databases (CRMs) You will have strong communication skills both verbal & written Able to work in a busy environment Possess a confident telephone manner Can build a quick rapport with clients and customers. What the role involves: Working as part of a small but awesome team who put clients and customers at the heart of everything they do. Duties include but not limited to: Handling incoming calls Booking service appointments Responding to emails General administration Salary/hours: £23,795 per year. Hours of work 40 per week, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, with some flexibility on start/finish times.
