Working under general guidance and within set guidelines, you will be required to undertake a range of administrative and data entry tasks, assist senior employees with specific projects as directed and provide operational support to regional employees and volunteers. A key focus of this role is to ensure the provision of timely and accurate customer-centred support and reporting which enables Vinnies Housing to efficiently achieve desired outcomes across business operations. This is a Permanent, Part-time Housing Administration Officer (25 hours per week ) role based in Brighton. Skills And Experiences To be successful in the role, you will meet the following criteria: Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience Extensive experience in a high-volume administration support role Microsoft Office suite proficiency with advanced aptitude in Word, Outlook and Excel, and online data management and record keeping tools.
