Job Description
* Establish and nurture relationships with new clients while maintaining strong connections with existing ones.
* Drive business growth through inbound and outbound calls as well as email enquiries.
* Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to completion.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within CRM software.
* Follow up on all online-generated sales leads promptly.
* Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
* Understand customer needs to encourage repeat business.
* Prepare and manage quotations and order confirmations using CRM tools.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Account Executive should have:
* Proven sales experience
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
* A strong team player who can also work independently when required.
