We are currently looking for a full time Administrator to start work for an important Construction/ Civils client of ours based in the Dudley area. Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous administration experience and some knowledge of the Construction Industry. This role will involve working alongside the Construction site teams, and partners and will include managing the payroll processes and procedures between clients, partners and sub-contract staff. Candidates interested must be happy to work in a busy Construction office with the senior project Management team. We are looking for someone with the following attributes: Good attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Professionalism at all times around clients and customers Have good telephone and face-to-face skills. Have good filing skills (be able to file important documents where the project teams can easily find them) Have good Microsoft Office skills and experience using MS packages such as Microsoft Word, Excell and Office. Be able to communicate well with project team. The working hours are between 8am - 5pm Monday – Friday (depending on workload etc.) (i.e. The average hours currently being worked are between 40 – 47.5 hours per week) This is a zero hour PAYE contract position. The project is running for the next 2-3 years and we are looking for someone who is available to start work in February.
