It’s a unique place to build a career where no two days are ever the same Key Responsibilities To support our ambitions to achieve continued growth in Marketing & Communications we are looking for an experienced Content Producer to join our team, you will be responsible for: Responsible for the implementation of the Club’s overarching yearly content plan across both cricket and non-cricket business. Managing key platforms, ensuring a consistent content pipeline, and updating new content weekly are key responsibilities. Produce video content from initial pitch through to final delivery for LancsTV and and other digital platforms across Lancashire Cricket Collaborate with team members across the marketing and communications department to support the team with marketing related vdeo contentas and when required Create and incorporate motion design, animations, and visual effects to enhance videos Drive engagement among younger audiences by creating content featuring Lanky and Friends to support the Clubs’ ‘Made by 14’ strategy. Working closely with our third-party streaming partner to ensure content is being used effectively and support with creating break in play content. Support the Senior Content Manager in expanding our broadcast offerings, encompassing both live streaming and video-on-demand content across the Club. Ensure the Club is consistent with the brand promise – Here to win, inspire play and make memories – and all activity is compliant with brand guidelines Update and maintain the central archive of Lancashire Cricket broadcast material, including historical footage. Keep up to date with the latest video editing and motion graphics trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team. Review and revise content based on feedback, ensuring that all videos meet technical and creative standards. Assist ‘TeamCo’ to support the sales, marketing and communications of the Manchester-based The Hundred team where relevant or required Essential Requirements Relevant university degree, equivalent qualification or experience (2 years) working in video production, or another relevant multi-media field Proficient Skills in Premiere Pro editing software. Proficient in Adobe After Effects. Some experience in Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition is a bonus. Strong sense of design, timing, and pacing in video editing. Ability to think creatively and contribute original ideas to projects. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in all aspects of video production. Can work at a fast pace to deliver videos with tight timelines. An ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and feedback. A proactive attitude towards personal and professional growth. A degree in Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred but not required. A portfolio showcasing previous video editing and motion graphics work is required. Knowledge of sport and cricket – as well as working with professional athletes – is preferred.
